St Stephens Green Hibernian Club Dublin
Ah yes, St Stephens Green Hibernian Club Dublin. Now this is one location I was looking forward to. So, it started off as a bright sunny day in St Stephens Green Park and I just knew it was going to be a beautiful day for a wedding. I couldn’t wait to get started. But I was way too early, and thats me really, I hate being late. I had driven down and left the car in in a P&R and then caught the Luas down to the green. So I did a walk around looking for some nice spots to photograph Rebecca and Shane after their wedding. Then I got myself a good heart breakfast in the St Stephens Green centre before heading over to the Hibernian Club where Rebecca was getting ready. Everyone was just nice and calm and enjoying the beautiful sunshine. You couldn’t have picked a better day to get married on. The morning went nice and smoothly and once Rebecca was dressed I simply walked over to the University Church on the opposite side of the green. I mean what more could you ask for, everything so close by and easy walking distance too. So there was Shane, and feeling quite calm too, most grooms start to get nervous at this stage but no he was just fine. Well the ceremony went without a hitch and we then crossed over to St Stephens Green Park for the family photos where we got some really nice shots of them on the bridge and she met her match with a Viking!!!! Needless to say he didn’t win her over. They had a nice slow walk back to the St Stephens Green Hibernian Club where they had loads of time with their family and friends. You see I don’t waste time, get the shots in so that the couple can have as much time with their family and friends. I’ll let the photos do the rest now but just remember, I don’t impose my style on you, I simply capture you and who you are and how you spend your day. Un-obtrusive photograph, pure and simple.
