Lord Bagenal Leighlinbridge Carlow
Oh I really do love summer weddings. Its nice and warm and the sunshine just brings out the best in us and everybody is just having a blast and can’t wait to party. The Lord Bagenal Leighlinbridge Carlow is one venue where I haven’t been at and what a pleasure it was to photograph there. I must admit that do have some of the best cream scones and trust me I’m partial to a few of them though my waistline wouldn’t agree! Anyway this was going to be a great wedding, as they all are. Anna was just so laid-back and couldn’t wait to get to the church to marry her man, Andy! Working alongside Kate Rose MUA is always a pleasure and its so important to have a highly skilled make-up artist. It makes all the difference. Anyway Anna and her family all belong to the drama society and I can tell you, thats a recipe for fun.
Like most grooms, Andy was brickin it! He was grand till she walked down that isle and he saw her. Smitten but just how stunning Anna was and that he was going to marry this amazing lady. Anna’s dad was his usual messer and giving the couple a quick swig of, something rather strong, during the ceremony but it was enough to put hairs on your chest. After the church we headed off to Altamont Gardens near Tullow for the family and bridal photos and what a place to go to. Just stunning grounds and immaculately kept. A photographers paradise and you just know that the couple are going to have amazing photos at the ned of it. I just love the Gardens here! Then it was off the the Lord Bagenal for the reception and I am impressed with this place, good food and service and right on the river also make an ideal place for a wedding.
I’m sorry I can’t add more photos to this blog. I really could have thrown in another couple of hundred images there were so many to choose from but below is just a very small selection of how this amazing day went.
