Langton House Hotel Kilkenny
It was just over a year ago when I first met Siobhán at her sister’s wedding. Roisín had booked me for her wedding and I remember I couldn’t find her house. So Siobhán came out to meet me and I followed her to her Mom’s house where Roisin was getting ready. Not a good start to the day but I was just didn’t have my navigation mind with me that day. Needless to say it was a fantastic day and we got all the photographs in. I must have done something right that day as Siobhan rang me two days later, came out to see me and booked me for her wedding. At least this time I knew where to find the house, No excuses! I arrived to a house buzzing with excitement, a very relaxed bride and when it came to hanging her dress outside, Siobhan had no problems, ‘work away’ she said. I was going to enjoy this day. Even the weather was out in full force, a bright hot sizzling day, not a cloud to be seen, and boy was it hot!!!! It was off to the church in Rathvilly and there was a very, nervous Patrick!!! Bricking it, so he was!!!!! But excited too! I think he could wait for the ceremony to be over, as a lot of grooms do. But once it started you could see that these two were just so madly in love, and it showed throughout the day. I could go on but I think you’ll see that from the photos that we took down at Altamont Gardens near Tullow. The ice cream cart they got for after the church was simply perfect. It was swamped on such a hot day. We finally headed off to Langton House Hotel where they had a perfect outside reception and everyone was enjoying themselves. I’m didn’t see the rest of the day but I know they partied for the rest of the night. Thanks Siobhan & Patrick for letting me capture your day for you. As always, it was an absolute pleasure and privilege. Best wishes for the future and take care.
